Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

According to the Code Officer for the area, the field directly behind Brussels drive is still short, no violation. There’s another field adjacent to it and both are owned by Texas A&M.
