house not vacant. House not fit to live in. House infested with rats and roaches. Toilet rocks when you sit on it due to rotten floor. Central h/a not working. Kitchen sink not working. Refrig hasn't worked in 2 yrs and still has food in it. Trash all in house. Yards have abandoned car and truck that don't run. 15 riding mowers in yard, only 1-2 work. Front porch loaded with junk. Owner is retired from B & W and has plenty of money. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE REPORTED THIS.
