Hello,

I'm a resident of 2600 Kennedy Blvd and I need to better understand noise regulations in our city. The Church at 355 Fairmount Ave, adjacent to our building, regularly holds concerts (many with significant amplification) that regularly and consistently disturb the peace in our neighborhood. (I can send multiple recordings I took in the middle of my apartment last night with the windows closed so that you can hear the noise. The same thing is happening right now.) This is now the 3rd night in a row with a concert this noisy. Every Tuesday night it is also extremely noisy, and, additionally, children ages 6 - 15 have been playing outside in the backyard, screaming between 2:30pm - 10:00 PM on a regular basis.

This is the equivalent of living next to a club with live music.

Please help.
