Got an email saying they, "...don't enforce on Sundays." Note to all commuters: you may break the law on Sundays.

Also, why is it called a "No Parking at Any Time" sign? It should be called a "No Parking at Any Time- the Law is Important because it Establishes Order and therefore Must Never Be Disobeyed, Ooh, Except on Sundays, then You Can Do Illegal Stuff" sign.
