I am truly sorry the building is sinking. I understand there is no guarantee it won't stop sinking and DBI approved the development knowingly. Ultimately the lawyers will benefit the most. 16th and Mission deserves to have a new developmrnt and if Maximus Partners ever gets past the fools that were fighting it we are confident the area will become safer and cleaner. There will be over 300 units available if anyone is interested.
