I was aware that this is a City of Shoreline Park Maintenance issue. Since that department is part of the city, please forward this request to them.

The Park Maintenance Department does not have staff to perform litter removal along City streets. The City's residential streets are swept twice a year.

This is not about litter removal. This is about removing plants that are growing across the sidewalk making the sidewalk less safe and less usable. When I contacted Kirk Peterson about a related issue (wet leaves in same location) last year, he was able to have someone come out the next day. Since the green space here is maintained on a regular basis, I am not sure why the same crew cannot cut back this vegetation during their regular assigned maintenance.

Is this part of the Interurban Trail or is this east or west of the Interurban Trail on 192nd?

Parks Maintennce crew cleared the vegetation last week.
