Description

This week the city took care of several tree stumps on my street but for some reason left the stumps in front of 4013 & 4015. This makes no sense. They were here, with the equipment and passed by. One of the stumps was left after the June storm and has the sidewalk raised to the point that it is a hazard. The other was left after the city removed a tree in May.
