Opis

The black top between the street and the sidewalk was damaged by a crane that serviced the billboard on westbound 11 mile road between Academy and Gratiot. The chunks of black top are now strewn across the sidewalk creating a hazardous condition and a continued blighted condition. Please require replacement to original condition or grass as soon as possible. The blacktop has been marked but there has been no action.
