Why is such a busy traffic intersection made to YIeld to Pedestrians Crossing while turning? Of course we need to always use caution and Yield to Pedestrians HOWEVER there are way toooo many instances where we motorists miss the green light to turn Right on to Trumbull St causing severe congestion on an already congested street. Frankly the PEdestrians are now not using common sense or caution here due to the signage. Please advise
