Deep standing water for several days (often non-stop) after rains next to curbside along 2218, 2216, 2214 Northumberland Ave. Not draining due to overpaving of street and lower street area pooling water below drain level, like a moat. This issue prevents my neighbor from using their handicapped spot in front of their house and causes terrible odors for the row of houses on our block.
