5462 International Boulevard. I reported illegal dumping of mattress sofas and chairs and the mattress was picked up yesterday but sofas and chairs are still sitting there and I received an email from you stating the case is now closed. Can you please explain to me why the case is closed if everything was not removed? Thank you!
