City truck #6145 parkef in front of Dollar Tree while staff goes inside to shop as truck blocks 4 handicap parking spaces ramp access (a new record)
The rest of the parking lot was empty and the vehicle could have easily parked dozens of other places.
No excuse for this level of laziness.
