An intruder slided the window of a neighbor at Edes Ave, Brookfield neighborhood, Oakland on 09/15/16 around 12:20 pm.

This neighbor's home is one of 12 newly build homes in gated community and I am one of the homeowners. That why I am posting this video and pictures. Video and snap shot of the intruder and other shots were captured via XFINITY Home surveillance system at 12:46 pm. But after intruder realized, he cut the camera wire. Luckily some of his actions were captured.
Owner of the home called several times Oakland Police dept on 09/15/16 and even told OPD about video, but unfortunately as of today nobody from OPD came to inspect the property.
Owner was alerted via phone alert from #Xfinity and owner came around 1:30 pm and saw his ransacked home. An Ipad and some old watches were taken by the intruder.
Hope #OPD will be able to catch this intruder before he hits another home in the area.
