There is a large tree that has split in the yard of 2100 Lytle St (Southwest corner) that is laying over the phone and cable lines and also intruding into the yards at 2102 Lytle and 1107 Alta Vista for over month. How does this issue get resolved. The house at 2100 Lytle is all but abandoned.
