Hello, There is a rooster of unknown origin (we think one of the homes on Larkey Lane, possibly the back yard of 2750 or 2752) crowing all day, starting in the early morning hours. Are roosters okay to have, within City limits? If not, how do we report the issue? It has been happening for a couple of month; but we are not sure what to do about it. The noise is an issue, especially in the early morning. Thank you, in advance, for your help.
