I reported this on 8/22/2016, but it was archived by the city of Raleigh, but has not been repaired by AT&T. http://seeclickfix.com/issues/2824775

AT&T is working on the other pedastal I reported, but is not currently working on this one. The reason I am reporting again is b/c I've contacted AT&T multiple times since 2015 to repair damaged equipment in the right of way to no avail. AT&T keeps saying it's being repaired, but it isn't.
