Description

There is underground drainage on the property line on the north side of the property.
This drainage is causing caving such that fence posts are loose, observable ditch has
developed and is worsening, and there is a gap under the driveway. Additionally, the
utility box is noticeably sinking. Repairs have been made to the street by the city
multiple times, but work has been done to repair damage to property. The repairs in
the street can be seen from google map's street view.
