This area is actually a part of Oak Run I subdivision & is the playground area near building 541 Trust Drive. There is a privacy fence between Carbonton Dr. & Trust Drive. This area is a breeding ground for criminal activity such as narcotic activity, prostitution & arson. An intentionally set fire of a gazebo at the playground was set on 9/17/16. It is very dark in that area & believe this area will benefit from additional lighting. United Management II is the owner of the property & they have been advised of this security concern. The lighting that is seen in the photo is from the fire trucks lighting. Without this lighting, the area is completely dark.
