The number of camps and volume of garbage is increasing.

Still there, more camps.

After 421 days since I originally filed this report, and still no action taken, I am weary of being reminded of the lack of response with an automated "Thank you for reporting" email every month. Therefore I am closing the issue, even though the problem remains and in fact is growing. How city officials can in good conscience continue to collect their salaries astounds me.
