dangerous! Cover off of large rectangular 'tub' with wires sticking out, set into BOTTOM of ditch on South side of HWY 43 bypass; North of high school/indoor soccer bldg. Grass covering it so hard to see it. Might be fibre optics in ground??? we found the heavy lid and dragged it over to there but too heavy for us to put it back on & think the water in the 'tub' might need to be drained before winter arrives.
