Description
I submitted a complaint months ago. There is a steel plate on the intersection of grace and north boulevard. It is covering a large sinkhole. This is a bandaid. The roadway needs to be fixed and the plate removed. This is the second complaint I have lodged. I am upset about the inactivity of this issue. A gentleman called me months ago for more information and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!

11/21/2012 Thanks so much for your communication with the City of Richmond government. Your important request has been submitted to Richmond Utilities Management to ask them to please double check this steel plate for safety and security - if there is subsurface/underground piping at this cave-in hole needing replacement - the plate will need to be secured there until the pipe work is finished out -
