Officer Brown have made attempts to contact the owner and was unsuccessful. Officer Brown made a follow-up to the resident and she(resident) informed him that the owner sent a new maintenance man to inspect the current issues on the property. Officer Brown advised the resident to allow the owner to fix the current issues.
