Dog barks at 4:00 in morning and late a night. Has been going on for long time. Something has to be done

My dogs are in bed with me at 4AM, and the dog door gets shut at 10pm. Therefore, I think you have the wrong dogs and wrong address. I have also heard dogs barking early in the morning and there NOT mine. It's coming from Clewley Rd. not Gleason St
