New construction town homes have water spilling down onto sidewalk every morning, particularly in front of this unit. The grass across the sidewalk puddles water and this particular manhole cover is overflowing. It is a health and safety issue (and also a waste of water) that needs to be addressed, particularly as mosquitos run rampant in this neighborhood.
