The utility pole on the corner of Knollridge and Toll Gate Rd. fell in January 2016. A new pole was installed, but the old one remained. When we called Huntsville Utilities, we were told they had to leave it up because other utility companies were connected to it. It was left, roped off by caution tape (which was finally removed a few weeks ago by the Knollridge HOA).

When we finally complained to Huntsville Utilities publicly--on their Facebook page--they admitted that the City of Huntsville had a program to coordinate among utility companies in situations like this, and that it would be taken care of. However, five months later, the pole remains. When we ask about it,, they just say they are working on it.

This has been an ongoing issue for nearly a year. We need to have it resolved now.
