This HUGE homeless encampment is blocking 1/2 the street. This section of Wood St has lots of semi truck traffic and is down to one lane due to the encampment on both sides of the street. Several of these people are in an altered state of mind and stroll back and forth. We can hear from our offices the air horns blasting several times a day and I know it's because someone has wandered into the path of an on coming semi truck. Someone is going to get killed!

This has been ongoing for many years. Is the city going to take action or wait for a tragic accident to happen. Why r the homeless allowed to disrupt the taxpaying citizens right to walk or drive on streets of Oakland. Libby get ur act together or quit
