Description

The area is the alley behind 2008 16th Street NW. This vehicle was reported one year ago (service request 15-002796077) and was recorded as resolved. However, the vehicle remains abandoned in the public alley/right of way. Furthermore, because this alley has not been not patrolled by DPW Parking Enforcement the entire area has become a parking lot. Multiple cars park here full time (most with out of state plates) and without enforcement the vehicle owners have created their own reserved parking spots.
