Description

The owner of this lot will occasionally come by to check on his overgrown lot, and will always leave some other trash behind when he comes to visit. He has dumped truck bed liners, bed covers, fence posts, tarps, a jet ski, and other miscellaneous junk at this location. None of it has ever been put to constructive use, it just accumulates over time. This entire lot is an eye sore in an otherwise nice looking neighborhood, and it is clearly affecting property values in the area. It is unacceptable that this lot has been allowed to deteriorate from bad to worse in the past two years that I have lived in the area. There is clearly NO intent to improve the property in any way, and it is negatively affecting the upstanding, responsible property owners in the area.
