These were put in by the builder for erosion control to prevent sediment (mud) from entering the drainage system and into the creeks. They are an approved erosion control method. We will inspect the inlet protection in this area to see if any are in need of maintenance. If any are in need of maintenance, we will notify the builder(s). Thank you for letting us know.
