Description

The sewer or storm drain is filled with syringes and the sewer is higher than the street so when it rains heavy the contaminated rain water from the heroin needles overflow and settles into a dirt pile where the kids play.

Please help us clean the storm drain and raise the small area with asphalt so the drug contaminated waters stop overflowing in the street where the kids play basketball.

Every time the ball goes in the puddle I think of it being contaminated with diseases from the needles.
