Description

There is an abandoned vehicle on the south side of the 1700 block of Seddon Rd, directly across the street from 1706 Seddon Rd. It's a gray Jeep Grand Cherokee, VA license plate XWZ-5764. It's been there for 5+ weeks and has not been moved. Thanks!
