This tree was well pruned a couple of years ago and now no branches are touching the roof. The branches that arch over the building are high above the roof and provide shade. Roof and building repairs are probably needed to prevent squirrels from entering.

The one at 213 harvard is well pruned, not the one at 211/209. The branches are close to the roofline for rodent to access the roof. Would like the 211/209 tree to be pruned like the 213 harvard tree
