121 Days and still not fixed

Yes, I know, seems this city prefers to wait till the city clean up... but that isn't till April and we shouldn't have wait till then to have a Safe, Secure and Sanitary Neighborhood. Also, the stuff is too big to be picked up by hand @ 516 Emerald needs a small loader & a truck to take away the garbage. This lowers our property values and deters home sales. Also, graffiti is everywhere over here on buildings! Please, fix this.
