Tall weeds blocking sidewalk. Has been getting progressively worse all summer. Also, a tree on the boulevard of the same property has very low-hanging branches. I'm not tall (5'5") and I have to duck. Also negatively impacts the line-of-sight of the sidewalk (safety issue). Any attention given to this is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
