limbs are grown up around the light on sparrow ave . this isn't first time report this issue . it is hard to see on this street .we need an other street light on the 14st side on sparrowave to help with the light issue . their are a lot of people walking this street at night and one night someone is go to get hit do to this problem and other issue is due the road construction take place around the area ,and the traffic is being routing down this narrow street ,that only one car can pass at a time . please help before someone is hurt.
