Please know that, if the vehicle appears to be operable and is not wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection is expired, then it is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being operable or appearing to be operable (ie: no flat tires, no drive-train hanging under the car, etc.) and having one expired sticker is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection have expired is a Junk Motor Vehicle.

The correct address is 900-A Ashburn. The Code Officer for the area started a case and sent a letter to the property owners.

The Code Officer reported that the vehicle's registration is valid until the end of October. Therefore, it is not classified as a junk vehicle.
