There is a flashing speed sign on Sohier ST. Since last Thursday night is has flashed throughout the night either blue if under the speed limit or bright red if above the limit. That's fine but it flashes directly into my bedroom window. I ask someone to shut off the light at night . It had been prior to Thursday night. Thank you it would help me sleep.
