The turn arrow is only scheduled to operate during the morning commute. At other times of day it would not provide any benefit since there is not left turn lane. The city has plans to add left turn lanes and arrows on Mount Vernon and Vermack as soon as next year.

There is also not a left turn lane in the morning commute. I don't understand why there is not in the evening commute as it continues to back up. In addition, are there any plans to add a left turn signal at Vermack and Chamblee Dunwoody?
