There has been scaffolding set up for several weeks now on Lombard Street (south east corner at 12th street) adjacent to somewhat new residences. I walk by daily and never see workers or improvements. I'm concerned that equipment might fall and hurt someone. Are there plans for this construction to continue? Other scaffolding has gone up and down quickly in the neighborhood recently, but this has not moved in weeks.
