Descripción

A growing number of homeless moved onto the grass area. There is more tents and also more shopping carts. They also have some trash thrown onto the grass area by the pagoda . Their dogs are often off leash and they roam around free. Our students are afraid of their dogs and parents are concern about the dogs.
