Inspector I45 on site visit for construction W/O a permit, no contact
made , Inspector I45 e-mailed complainant so as to get more information about complaint, the complainant wanted to know why the address to the building was not posted so as to be seen from the streets, and the dumpster en closer was in the city of Houston right away. 1st red tag posted for the address, and the dumpster en closer, follow up visit is scheduled.
