In the yard, citizen needs to move the debris to the end of the property line and call back for pick up bc 10/1

Illegal dumping. As if this morning the massive pile of garbage and debris is being torn apart and being thrown into the city street. Who pray tell us to move it off the property if the property owner lives in another county? Ticket the house!!!!!

Who exactly is supposed to drag all the garbage and debris to the street. If the owner is not an occupant, we have asked the patients [drug rehab house] to stop ~ WHO is supposed to clean it up. Why is the owner not being cited for the blight, illegal dumping, rodents, etc.????

This is an illegal halfway/boarding house that we [collectively as a neighborhood] have asked to have investigated by the CAPS and city officials. The 4th precinct has been notified of the drug activity, open drinking and prostitution. Yep ~ a recovery house!!!! Trash is strewn everywhere, people are sleeping in the bushes, under the soiled mattresses. Absolutely a disgrace to our community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again the owner is NOT an occupant and is seldom seen in the city. Residents of the house are all supposedly in a 'recovery' mode...[right]. They barely know what day it is let alone can put two sentences together, not because they are dumb ~ but rather too 'high'. Yep, still talking about a recovery house ~ we're puzzled as to what they are recovering from...Again, the city needs to ticket the owner for many, many things but getting the trash picked up would be a good start. The rodents,both four legged, winged and the kind that sliver are all over the place.
