Trash out since Sunday night. Includes overflowing new and old recycling bins plus old bicycle, boxed and bagged trash on sides. Black bag trash on ground has been torn into by animals. The trash in the recycling bins appears to be regular trash which has been there a long time. Trash company tagged their recycling trash a few weeks ago. This has been going on a while now; seems unhealthy and an attraction to animals to get into resulting in trash dispersed throughout neighborhood. Today only the blue bin will be collected. Their track record is to leave it all out.

AGAIN. Overflowing trash (all three bins), including carpet over one of the bins and opened black trash bag on the side, on the ground put out yesterday 11/2/2016. I don't think this week is heavy trash pick up. And this Friday is not a recycling pick up day.

The City only has the power to file in court, which is happening. It is a deed restriction that should be being addressed by the homeowner's association. I keep informing that this should be turned in to them as well, but I am not sure that this is being done. The homeowner's association has powers to enforce as well as the City, and they can enforce more strongly.
