P. Issue description:
R. Bicycles traveling northbound on Johnson have no way to use the pedestrian bridge just south of Broadway without dismounting in the middle of traffic (or jumping the curb, which would be impossible for some people). Either close this bridge to bicycles, or (preferably) install a ramp that allows northbound cyclists to use this bridge. Traffic often backs up at the intersection with Broadway, and it is unfair to cyclists to ask them to sit in clouds of pollution waiting for their turn.
