Not sure who to report this to:
Recently there has been a woman walking behind the Blue mall, identifiable by her pink backpack. She has been seen often over the last 2 weeks. She appears to be either homeless and/or an addict. Though she doesn't appear to be harassing anyone, she is oblivious to the world around her. She has walked in front of my moving car twice.

If a property owner feels that any one individual is trespassing on their property they would need to file a trespass claim with our Police Dept.
