A small dog who is allowed to continuously bark at any and all movement from neighboring areas. Side walk, next door activity in driveway, garage, breeze-way and adjacent backyard. The barking isn't a short lived acknowlegemnet of movement but rather constant and long durations of time. It is constant and disturbing. It is a very aggressive/heckling bark and goes on for several minutes and sometimes hours. The owners don't bring the dog inside but rather just allow the barking to continue.
