There is an ordinance regarding this and this needs to be addressed to the owner.

§ 324-7. - Parking on sidewalks.
No licensee hereunder shall park, store or display motor vehicles or other articles or permit motor vehicles or other articles to be parked, stored or displayed upon sidewalks or walks adjoining, abutting or surrounding the licensed premises. [2]

Q. What is the issue?
A. Parked on sidewalk
Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. A&L Autobody shop keeps on parking their cars on the sidewalk. I've reported this numerous times and it doesn't last. Issue#2714036
