forwarded to ARAmark for repair of machine when original call about washers and dryers not working. Ulsh came in that evening and discovered it was the swipe unit. ARAmark was notified the following morning.

The notice referenced above was 8/25/16. I can't find any work order prior to that.

I apologize the original work order was 8/17 and forwarded because it was sent as the swipe machine. The 8/25 report was a phone call. Again I apologize.
