This house is unkempt and home owner is neglectful to tennants and overall maintainance of home. It is literally falling apart. Owner NEVER mows or weeds his home nor does he shovel his sidewalks. Cars are also parked on the front lawn in the winter, is this legal?

Hi we are appalled at this home still! The owner, Gary, is an absentee landlord from what the tenants have told me. We live down the street by Keegan's and this is still one of the worst homes on Saint James Street. This slum landlord needs to be addressed.

His vehicle is always parked in the front lawn making it impossible to use the sidewalks.

Anyone know the owner Gary or how to get a hold of him? If he collects all this cash from his tenants he should be able to upkeep his rental properties!

If you ever need to contact the owner of a property pull the city tax records and then use white pages to pull their contact info.
