I am 66yrs.old live along, the young man I saw dummping the Large bricks on my land fuss and said He can do what he wanted it is trees,on the land and i tried showing him that it is my land he walked away i called the police they said if i see him call them,he waited untill i go to work or out off town and dump and ride a lawnmower over my yard,to dump the big rocks and now he is throwing it on my next door land now also,i am scared to ask him to stop ,all these things are coming from my nebihor house accross the street.please can you find away for me to get help stop him from dumping,i dont have funds to put a fence up or cut the trees down thanks!!i dont know how to put pictures on the page i have some
